Flashpoint Syria: Russia Denies Responsibility For Attack On Aid Convoy In Russia, Russian Media Claims '30 Israeli And Western Officers' Killed In Syria

Moscow — Following Monday’s attack on a U.N. aid convoy near Aleppo in northern Syria — the blame, for which, the U.S. puts squarely on Russia’s shoulders — Russia is firing back, with a Defense Ministry spokesman denying any Russian involvement in the strike.
“No airstrikes were carried out against a humanitarian aid convoy in a southwestern suburb of Aleppo by Russian or Syrian aviation,” Major General Igor Konashenkov said Tuesday. “Seeing as the convoy’s route lied through the territories controlled by militants, the Russian reconciliation center monitored its passage yesterday via drones.”
He stated that “Further movements of the convoy were not monitored by the Russian side” and that “[o]nly the militants controlling this area know details of the convoy’s location.”
The United States was quick to point the finger at Russia following Monday’s violent action, with U.S. State Department spokesman John Kirby stating“The destination of his convoy was known to the Syrian regime and the Russian federation and yet these aid workers were killed in their attempt to provide relief to the Syrian people.”

He added: “The United States will raise this issue directly with Russia. Given the egregious violation of cessation of hostilities we will reassess the future prospects for cooperation with Russia.”
Russia is to blame even if the action was carried out by the Syrian military, in fact, according to another senior U.S. official, who stated“We don’t know at this point if it was the Russians or the regime. In either case, the Russians have the responsibility certainly to restrain — refrain from taking such action themselves, but also they have the responsibility to keep the regime from doing it.”
Syria, for its part, has denied any involvement.
Konashenkov, the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman, raises another point altogether. He claims a careful examination of available video footage revealed no evidence of ammunition strikes at all in convoy vehicles, raising questions as to the validity of the “attack” itself.
“There are no shell holes, cars’ bodies are not damaged and there are no construction faults from the bust wave,” the spokesman said“All shown on the footage is a direct consequence of the cargo being set on fire.”

Russian Media Claims "30 Israeli and Western Officers" Killed in Syria

The conflict in Syria continues to take a number of unexpected and, frankly, very concerning turns for the worse following a devastating attack on Syrian troops by U.S.-coalition forces and the destruction of an aid convoy – a possible war crime.
Now, reports are emerging that Israeli Mossad agents and other foreign military officers were killed in Aleppo on Tuesday in a Russian missile strike fired by Russian warships. On September 22, 2016, Russian and Iranian state media both claimed some “30 Israeli and Western officers” died when they were hit by three Kalibr cruise missiles fired by Russian warships in a “foreign officers’ coordination operations room” in western Aleppo, near Mount Simeon.
According to the Arabic version of Russia’s Sputnik news, military officials from the United States, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and Turkey were also killed in the strike. These countries are staunch members of the anti-Assad alliance, and as a result, it isn’t surprising to learn their agents might have been on the ground in Syria.
As reported by the Times of Israel, at the time of this article’s publication, the Israeli government is yet to confirm or deny these reports. Thus far, only Russian and Iranian media have advanced the claim.
If true, the reports almost represent a tit-for-tat attitude toward the Syrian conflict that has started to emerge in the last few weeks.
As these kinds of strikes become more common, it is increasingly difficult to argue the world is not at war considering they are consistently bombing each other.

A magnitude 6.0 - 113km NNE of Nago, Japan is the fourth major quake to strike in the last 3 day's.
This mornings strike was the 13th major quake of September and brings the total for the year to 105.
September has recorded 8 major quakes in the last 9 day's.
We can expect more major quakes in the coming week as a large coronal hole on the sun turns to face the earth, coronal holes are thought by many experts to influence seismic activity here on earth, see below.

CORONAL HOLE TURNING TOWARD EARTH: A vast "coronal hole" has opened up in the sun's atmosphere, and it is spewing solar wind into space.
NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory is monitoring the structure as it turns toward Earth:
Coronal holes are regions in the sun's atmosphere where the magnetic field peels back and allows solar wind to escape.

It has already been an abysmal day for Germany's biggest lender: overnight Deutsche Bank plunged to fresh all time lows on speculation whether the German government would or wouldn't provide state aid to the bank (if needed), forcing the bank to state it does not need the funds at the same time as the government urged markets that "you can't compare" Deutsche Bank and that "other" bank, Lehman Brothers, although looking at the chart, one may beg to differ.

However, while DB stock closed at session lows, over 7% lower on the day, with its market cap of $16 billion now rapidly approaching the $14 billion litigation settlement demanded by the DOJ, the bad news did not stop there.
In a report issued an hour ago by Citigroup titled "Capital, Litigation & AT1 Coupon Risks", bank analyst Andrew Coombs says that Deutsche reported an end-June CET1 ratio of 11.2% pro-forma for the HXB stake sale, but still only targets c11% by end-2016 as further litigation charges are assumed, with management expecting to resolve four of the five major outstanding litigation cases this year. To this Citi says that it "struggles" to see how Deutsche Bank can reach the fully-loaded SREP requirement of 12.25% in the medium-term.

Maybe so, but a "German banking crisis" would certainly delight the Italians, who have been on the receiving end of Germany's stern lecturing about "sticking to the rules," not to mention Schauble's insistence not to engage in state-funded bailouts in this day and age of mandatory bail-ins, and explains why Merkel's party has been so careful not to admit that a bailout may ultimately be the endgame.
Then again, Merkel's stated position opens up a can of worms. As Lynn correctly notes, "if the German government does not stand behind the bank, then inevitably all its counter-parties – the other banks and institutions it deals with – are going to start feeling very nervous about trading with it.

As we know from 2008, once confidence starts to evaporate, a bank is in big, big trouble. In fact, if Deutsche does go down, it is looking increasingly likely that it will take Merkel with it – and quite possibly the euro as well."

Spark spike in European bank counterparty risk...

As Americans living in the 21st century, thanks to the brave men who fought and died for our independence, we have had a lot of freedoms, but with great freedom comes great responsibility. One of those freedoms we have as Americans, is that we can choose to completely ignore the opportunity we have to educate ourselves, and instead focus on activities that provide us with more instant gratification that studying perhaps does not. That choice however, has a saying that goes along with it:

George Soros, global elitist, member of the New World Order, and the largest contributor to Hillary Clinton’s campaign according to our own CIA, has openly stated that for the One World Government the NWO desires, first the West (aka America) must fall. His words, not mine.

For America to fall, Soros has created political groups like Democracy SpringBlack Lives Matter, and the new "Demos," that are all extremely well funded, and all have openly stated their intent to cause as much chaos as necessary to force Martial Law. Those are their words, not mine, and that is why you can be sure George Soros is the puppet master behind the 70% of out-of-state agitators causing problems in Charlotte. They’re paid well to be there.

I address the final speech made by President Barack Obama during his eighth and "final" speech to the United Nations, where he addressed several issues and topics, none of which should make you comfortable. In his speech, Obama talks all about peace, togetherness, "sustainability" (which is another way of saying "population control"), and global interdependence, but yet somehow expresses the need for the deployment of over 50,000 UN "Peacekeeping" Troops (yes, you read that right). Does that make any sense at all?

Obama is also adamant about promoting something he called an "international order" for the rest of the world. In United Nations documents (which I link to later), the U.N.. and the globalists refer to the promotion of a “new global human order.” The picture below is right out of the U.N. Agenda linked below (along with about 800 other pages)

Recall that Putin went off on Western reporters back on June 17th about how Western reports actually believe the NONSENSE our leaders tell them, and then they report exactly what they're told to report to the U.S. citizens, who are then uninformed enough to believe whatever they're told. Putin said:

“Your people in turn do not feel a sense of the impending danger – this is what worries me. How do you not understand that the world is being pulled in an irreversible direction?
