Gog-MaGog: A Review

One of the posts that was lost due to the maintenance issues, was a fantastic review of Gog-MaGog, both in general terms and as it relates to current events, and presented by Joel Rosenberg, who I believe is one of the best sources of information in the Middle East today.

These summaries present a thorough review of Gog-Magog (Ezekiel 38-39):

Gog-MaGog Part I

Gog-MaGog Part II

Gog-MaGog Part III

Yes - it was frustrating being off-line, plus we lost a lot from Thursday...Oh well...

Scott-

These were great articles. Joel Rosenberg is always so cautious in not date setting or even speculating, but you really get a sense from his latest series of articles on Gog-Magog that even Joel thinks the time is short. Joel really never mentions a Psalm 83 scenario preceding Gog-Magog (or at least I haven't heard him comment on it). He did mention in the articles that even the rabbis in Israel are sensing that Gog-Magog is soon, as is evidenced by the Russian-Iranian alliance forming. Do we gentiles have it wrong about a Psalm 83 event preceding Ezekial 38-39? I guess time will tell, but it sure seems like God gives an extra measure of understanding to messianic jews (I'm also thinking of Arnold Fructenbaum).

If you haven't read Epicenter, you should check it out. There is so much information, particularly regarding Russia and their plans for the Middle East, its fascinating

Thanks Scott. I have it on my bookshelf, but have skimmed it and not read it through. I'll have to check it out more thoroughly.
